If you have been on the hunt for workwear that can easily transition from day to night, but also keep you cool and dry throughout the day, then look no further. As embarrassing as it is, I have always gravitated toward darker or lighter colors when it comes to workwear tops because I sweat throughout the day. Especially when it is hot, I need workwear that is going to at least make me look like I am calm, cool, and collected when everything else is complete chaos. The Essential Undershirts come in several different styles including the boatneck (pictured above) and the crop (pictured below). Each can be worn on their own or as a layering piece under sweaters and blazers, while also protecting the top layer from sweat and stains over time. They have built in absorbent technology under the arms and most have reversible necklines, so you can adjust based on your top layer of clothing.

The Simone is from their Essential Silk line and is my personal favorite. I was hooked when I first saw a video of the owner pour liquid straight on to this shirt and it just rolled right off! But beyond that, the fit is amazing. I have the light pink one (which should surprise no one) and styled it with a blazer for work and with jeans for the weekend. They also just released a few new colors that are perfect for fall.

The newest piece to my personal collection is The Audre. I like to describe this shirt as business in the front and date night in the back. It has a reversible neckline with a scoop neck in the front and a keyhole neckline in the back. The blue on this top is absolutely stunning! Below, I styled it with a white cardigan for a Zoom meeting, which is also why I am wearing it with my pajama pants...
